Serviced at the 'local garage' and some over revs.
What does that say about it!
Completely coincidentally it's the same private seller as the 991.2 GT3 CS that's just sold.Serviced at the 'local garage' and some over revs.
What does that say about it!
Edit: this one's also gone over 3 years between its most recent services.

No mention of the Panamanian 991R that’s sold twice this year.
£222k in the summer and then £312k this week with 1 mile added to it.
The listing says sold at £222 again but I’m certain I saw it “winning bid £312”
That’s a hell of an appreciation for 1 mile
It went for £500 less this time.£222k in the summer and then £312k this week with 1 mile added to it.

Looking at mobile.de that’s 100k less than the cars there.
I get that there’s VAT and import stuff but that’s not going to be 100k is it?

Tyres look (could be my poor eye sight) to be date stamped 2007, 2010 and 2011.Serviced at the 'local garage' and some over revs.

(Perhaps an old spare set)
Also no MOT, don’t understand why seller would not do one before the sale, risk for the buyer if it comes back with a list of advisors, (especially after CC have taken their £6k)

I think you are thinking of this£222k in the summer and then £312k this week with 1 mile added to it.

whereas it was this earlier..
https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2016-porsche-9...
£222,722
31/08/21
1,489 Miles
....and then again now
https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2016-porsche-9...
£222,200
25/11/21
1,490 Miles
so thats £522 that 1 mile cost.

It’s too high maintenance. Anyone with that amount of money to spend on a car hasn’t got time for film-flam. It’s a £250k problem. Soon as you start reading the ad it’s a turn off. Why don’t they add a premium and/or clearly state they will manage the whole paperwork process. They may well do, but it reads like a problem not a solution.julian987R said:

I'm sure if you were a real buyer (rather than a keyboard warrior) and gave them a call they'd walk you through the options.

Edit: just realised I was wrong - it is actually not cheaper than other cars on the market / so my whole might be worth the hassle for the saving thoughts are no longer relevant

Reading the comments section on the 997 GT2 is becoming more 'interesting' by the day.

It's an easy car to crash and profitable to rebuild on the QT, not this one but generally https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2008-porsche-9...

Long story short, the wreck was bought by somebody who shipped it to Italy to have it rebuilt / use parts to build a new full car out of a couple of wrecks - so parts of mine definitely lived on.
Would love another one if I ever have enough money again, but probably not as an only car / car to be used during winter …

I’ll have a guess at £70k-£72k.
The collectors will be put off by the Cyprus code and it’s a Comfort. Nothing wrong with either, but to be £80k plus fees I think it would need to be a CS.
Lovely looking car though.
It’s amazing how little £15k seems to get you these days when using some of these specialists.
£74,200 (inc fees) - Give that man a star !The collectors will be put off by the Cyprus code and it’s a Comfort. Nothing wrong with either, but to be £80k plus fees I think it would need to be a CS.
