I'm glad I don't have a Land Rover.

We have 3!!

In older Defenders I try to consider it charming. In a 3k miles car, when the coil pack fails and leaves you stranded waiting for recovery (and the car off the road for nearly two weeks) it is harder to be patient....

Still kept our Disco 4. Glitchy after 5-6 years old but love these. Very good family cars but laughable reliability compared to other luxury brands. I'd wade in deep water etc in disco for fun. Only later found out the various ecu and tcu not water proofed! Good car though.

4. Porsche
5. Land Rover

Nice to see Porsche up there.
As usual Toyota have two of the top five places.

I currently have a few Porsches and they have been reliable. Few minor nits here and there but nothing serious. Over last 15 years have had nothing serious apart from some very high mileage items on the Cayenne ( camshaft lifters), and some initial electrical stuff on a Panamera. Relative to other vehicles I have owned, generally pretty good.

And yet my RAV4 was the most unreliable car I have ever owned.
