Very nice!!
With regards to the storage 'Carcoons' look to be good
https://www.carcoon.com/product-range/vehicle/
They now seem to do one with a frame for easy access and parking.

Which is still 25% over list, so hardly worrying times, but yes the market is cooling obviously presently.
The 992 GT3 touring is holding up well at£250k though, have not seen many 991 tourings lately but i suspect long term they might go bonkers. The number of sale has been growing over the last few months.
Even those asking prices are coming down. lowest is at £230K

I still can’t quite figure out if these modern GT models are overvalued / in a bubble or if something like a 996.1 CS or even a 996 RS is ridiculously undervalued The number of sale has been growing over the last few months.

I don’t understand why the modern cars, built in huge numbers, are so much more expensive than the old water cooled cars
