Gearbox / G50 specialists ?

Can anyone recomend a company that specialises in Porsche Transaxles particularly the G50 or the later 6 speed box. I am wondering if a Porsche box could be used to replace the weak Renault 30 transaxle found in the Lotus Esprit V8 and I need some tech advice.
