How much does a UK-based Porsche dealer charges for this ?
Here it varies between £270 (Toulouse center apparently) and £500 (Paris center). Why not the same price for every dealer ?

Thom, two things, I know you are a student, but, have you heard the line 'If you have to ask, then you cannot afford it' On a serious note now. Maybe regional variations in overheads account for some of the difference? Also size of operation and whether they have any other franchises will affect the pricing too.
