Since so many dealers have their failings posted here I thought it only fair to post a positive note.
Hawthorns TVR (Particularly Rod): Thanks for the excellent service helping the wife and I in our deliberations regarding our next car. (A Tuscan very possibly). The car was deeply impressive as was the 'no pressure' honest environment - and a chance to test drive it by ourselves was most welcome.
10/10.
