Having messed about with mine to get the bump steer how I want it, I think the saggy arm approach is overkill for non sag cars and lowers the outer TRE too much.

If you look at the picture you posted, you can see how much higher the wishbones are mounted on the sag chassis, with the lower holes being the non sag mounting points, hence the offset arms. To get the BS sorted on later cars needs the rack raising on spacers around 10mm, which TVR did start fitting at some point, which is much easier than swapping steering arms.

Pre March 2001 Tuscans and Cerbs are a different story...
Hi Marcus,
Ive got a December 2001 car and the rack has been raised. I'll have a look again, but the rack will definitely need to be raised more to open up the angle between the rack and the lower suspension arm at the lower arm mounting point if that makes sense.

I did my own set up with laser and mirror so I could multiply the movement to make measurement easier.

I'll look into measuring it, but going off Tail slides comments on this thread, he had the sagaris arms and the rack lift done and ended up with no bump steer! Hence it looked like a decent approach being all ready proven

The bump steer is something I have always lived with on my 2000 RR, but if relevant parts or a drive in/out solution is available I would be interested.

To me the bump steer is what totally ruins the driving experience. Before I could put up with it but now it kind of puts me off driving the thing.

Especially as the roads around my way are mullered.

When I had mine the drive was ruined by bumpsteer. It made my car pretty terrifying to drive on the roads where I lived at the time.
