yearly MOT problems CO limit

Every year I manage just the CO test. Hot starting was always a issue and when the Engine is hot (93 Degrees) it takes 3 /4 for times to start. My other Tuscan does not have this problem at all with the MOT. I smells like that it has over rich Fuel during starting. For the rest it is running fine.
Injectors? No codes or warnings Eprom perhaps?

Possibly lambda sensors, check with diagnostics to see if they are switching correctly.The lambda sensors don't seem to bring up faults codes even when they don't work properly.

The lambda.s working fine. Otherwise the MOT Co was impossible. But it is every very close. I have to drive fast just before the Co test otherwise it fails. Rich fueling but how?
