Howdy,

After many distractions, my Tiv is in its final stages of rebuild. Certainly a love / hate experience, but so looking forward to having him back on the road.

Head over to www.carlosmartin.co.uk where I have started a page, and will post the journey in due course!

Wish me luck ;-)

Trying to work out what is in the background - looks like a metallic green Ferrari Mondial Spider, but surely not..............

Hi Carlos
Been a while, car is looking good. Its a lot to undertake yourself I wouldnt even dare to try it. I should really pop over and see it. Mine is away at Doms at the min having a few things sorted, then I am going to set about getting the interior done.
Keep well ATB
Paul

Hi Paul, great hearing from you. The final stage is engine related, calls have been made to sort...

Feel free to come across, and when my Tiv is back on the road, we must go 'out' ;-)

BR,

Carlos.

Hi Karlx,

It's probably too late now, but I undertook this challenge a few years ago. Thread topic: "disassembly of tuscan, what now". I'm based in Guilsborough, Northampton. If you want to discuss anything or if you need any details/contacts of people I used, please give me a shout.
All the best and hope the final stages go well.
Cheers,
Martin

So, my TIV is back on the road! You can read about it here -

https://www.carlosmartin.co.uk/carlos-s-tvr-tuscan...

I worked with Sprint to do a write up which appeared in the December 2018 issue. You can download a copy if interested. Really looking forward to a decent drive in the Spring / Summer

Hi, thank you for your kind words. ACT do a version of the Shark nose can. They do add to the look of the car.

Hi, thanks! The main issue was I needed a new steering rack, so I was told. Now I understand more, I reckon it could have been refurbished. I still have it so may get this done in due course.

Hopefully your first service is OK for you ;-)
