The instrument glass on my Tuscan mk 1 is loose and also has a crack in it so I've ordered a new piece. I've read up on how to take the cluster apart and was wondering is anyone else has replaced the glass and if so how have you secured it in the aluminium housing? There appears to be some glue residue but not sure what to use.

I used super glue and it ran, so I would definitely use something a bit thicker. You’ll need to clean up the old glue and run a bead around the outside of the new plastic screen. Cheers

Thanks. Spoke to the guys who supplied the replacement and they suggested a very small amount of epoxy.

I noticed mine was completely missing recently too, I assumed it was another TVR quirk not having any glass on the dials!

Just out of interest, where did you order your replacement? I've had a look around on TVR Parts previously but been unable to find anything. If I can get hold of one I'd better try and find the guide on dismantling the cluster too!
