If you are in Sussex then consider Monsoon. They did a great job of our MX5 soft top. When we collected it we had a look round the workshop and they had a classic Aston in for a re-trim.

I have heard a few people complain they are not the cheapest, ut you probably get what you pay for. If tbey. are local it may be worth talking to them before driving 100's of miles.

They are at Lower Dicker. monsoon4x4.co.uk

Another big up for John and Kath The Trim Technician near Blackpool... Both ex Tvr John was on the production line so taking a TVR apart and putting it back together is 2nd nature for him. They must have done over 10 cars for me all outstanding jobs John can't do enough to help you and his prices are very competitive... Here's the last 4 cars he's done recently for me a 996 turbo an Alfa Spider S4 a Lancia Montecarlo and my Cerbera which was a fantastic job!

It was your Cerbera that inspired me to go black and orange, Though I wasn't brave enough to have too much orange. John did a great job!

^ Am liking that a lot!

I never quite saved enough to go ahead but visited Dave a couple of times and the attention to detail was superb. Not my car but he showed me a superb mk2 he was working on. The dark blue Alcantara looked just spot on for the car.

Loving the retrims on this thread but the Momo Trek-R is a god awful steering wheel.

Adrian and the guys at Central did my Tuscan last year, nice job !! Also had DTT do my Tamora before that, also a cracking job.
And the DTT Tamora interior still looks good now at least 4 years later.

Very nice, but to be honest i’m after something with a tad more padding. Iv’e got carbon shell seats with minimal padding in a lotus7 clone track car, and end up with a bruised back if i spend any time in it.

Tuscan seats are comfy enough, but offer zero support, they don’t hug you at all, which is strange considering how narrow they are.

I've recently tried a Cerb seat in Wendy and I have to say they are the most comfortable and supportive of the TVR seats.

Got a set of Tuscan seats to try as well but I have my doubts about them being as good.

I like the T car bear ear seats but, I think, they need a suede or cloth centre for 'grip'.

Lotus Elise seats I like too.

Is that velvet along the 'tunnel' and on the steering wheel and around the dash?
