I only value my good condition full working red rose with full history and powers engine rebuild at about 19k
Perhaps you ought to reconsider- particularly if its an insurance value!I only value my good condition full working red rose with full history and powers engine rebuild at about 19k
We paid £23k for ours last June, a Mk1 4.0 on 65k miles with a Powers rebuild at 54k and a load of other decent upgrades. And that was via a dealer. Insurance valued at £26k. Which feels about right as the car was up for £27k.
Values aren't great at the moment but £19k seems under valued in my opinion

Fair play, right place etc...
Absolutely! We weren't properly looking at the time as it was about 6 months too early for us, fortunately we had massively underspent on our wedding and honeymoon the year before so had the funds available to go for it. It did cause some storage issues initially as we already had 3 cars (including another TVR) in a house with only 3 parking spaces, but they do say necessity is the mother of all invention!Gassing Station | Tuscan | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
