Fog light wows

Hi chaps

No fog light! fuse and bulb are good so I'm guessing its the dash button. I doesn't light up. Now I have searched the forum but was looking for additional info. Does the button on the dash pull in a contactor? I would like to check that before I pull the dash apart. Otherwise its the small PCB behind the button I'm guessing so Paul the electronics wizz will be getting a package in the post soon.

Any other ideas to check before I pull the PCB sandwich out the dash?

Really daft question, but you have tested it with the headlights on & not on full beam? (Just a thought)

I did mate. It was the MOT that caught me out! Didn't realise the fog went out on full beam though.

It might not. It did on my Chimaeras but can’t quite recall on my Tuscan. (Thought it worth a check though)

Update. The little microswitch was stuck. A little clean and it’s clicking away again and I have fogs.
