Rover 45 unexplained fire

Dear all,

I work in investigation and have recently had an unexplained fire on a petrol rover 45 2003.
It has been sitting for 4days unused and the owner reported the fan running , and a fire developing in the engine bay by the bulkhead.
All doors locked ,no forced entry.

Looking to see if any shared knowledge has come across this before.
