They call it the Wiesmann GT MF5 its a beast and soon on show in Frankfurt, no official pics or data yet but its coming and with at least 507ps instead of the already fast 0 t0 100km/h in 4.6sec 367ps car it must be awesome and still looks so nice, a nice beast

ooo tempting.
I'd fancy a test drive in one of these - I am (or was perhaps!) planning to drop the previous M5 V8 into my Series 1 Aero 8. That would mean 400bhp and just over 1000kg (probably less with some judicious weight reduction on the interior)...

However - this with 500bhp - should be interesting. Worry that it won't really suit the character of the car though, the V10 is very harsh, not really a 'muscle car' sound, more of the sound of telephone directories being torn up by robots...

Can you guys (rene / dink) if you're goignto be there, make an effort to get some close up shots.

Really interested in the cabin - what the finish is like etc.

Also some close up detailing shots of the cars of nice little design features / hinges / door handles etc.

I'm just intrigued, and as I'm not going to get close to one easily, this is the next best option for me, and I'd figure an awful lot of PH's UK readers..

I think there will be a video made by the autoblog.nl guys too...
That way you can enjoy the sound too. I wouldn't worry about the pics either, knowing Dink there will be plenty! smile

There's a GT parked in the shopping mall near our offices in Kuwait - they now have an agent here. The car is fantastic!
There is no way it should be compared to TVR or Marcos - the fit and finish is in a different league, particularly the interior. I want one.

Absolutely true. You should see the dedication and passion with which they build the cars! That shows in the endresult. bow

I wish they would hurry up and start selling right hand drive versions in decent volumes so I can afford a second hand one in a few years!!

Absolutely up my street - 2 seat coupe with gorgeous lines, (what looks like) high quality interior fitting and BMW power........

Was almost rendered speechless when I first caught a glimse of their first road car (on TV and web only) - anyone know if there is likely to be a showing at Goodwood this year (been every year for last 9 or 10 and not seen one there yet)??

Love the vibrant colours they come in, some of the matte finishes work really well too.

Actually there not so sexy as all that! Saw a Gray Wiesmann Convertible yesterday in Frankfurt (Germany) & was disappointed. OK the top was up which often spoils the line of a Convertible but overall it did not do much for me.
