Ok those numbers seem spot on / normal so far for tuned 4.5s, standard cerbs and standard S6s. Should therefore provide a good basis for the 4.5 S6 Supersport compare.

Surprised with my 4.2 at 364.8 and 296.1 at wheels. All standard 34k on clock, always on 95 ron. Popping and banging all the way home, she must be happy! Thanks arebec for feeding the boys!

Have to say Sonnylad the LS is impressive at 490. What a sound too. Good to see u again.

Real shame not to make it frown
For a late 4.2 (4.5) that's not bad, but could be easily improved upon, proof in the pudding is what torque did you get compared to the other 4.2's and 4.5's.

That Torque is very good for an unfettled 4.0ltr S6.

Yep, saw all of them up to lunchtime, but really up to the owners to decide if they want to make their numbers public. Mine were pretty much as expected and no problems detected so I'm happy!

302.3BHP/332ft.lb from my standard Chim500 not big figures like the Cerbs but happy with that.
Thanks for organising the day it was good to put faces to names.

I would expect the LS in absolute terms, I think 490 has been quoted below. Be good to see a table of the day to compare like for like i.e. LS, RV8, AJP8 & S6.

I was slightly disappointed with 341 from my 04 plate 4.2. Only had it a couple of months so no done anything at all to it. It's totally standard but I was planning a remap anyway which should release a few more horses. Apparently it's running a bit rich too and I think the throttle bodies could do with a bit of balancing. Objective achieved though in getting a bench mark to build from.

It's going to Str8six next week for the master cylinder so I'll get Jason to have a fiddle with it whilst it's there too see if I can close the gap to DemonDad's impressive 364!

Again a late 4.2, so plenty of potential in my book, what torque figure did you get. Post you graphs up for us who weren't there.

Good day today and a nice turnout with some lovely cars. Happy with my 364 from my 4.2 albeit with pops, bangs and a bit of misfiring on it's way there biggrin (that's a whole 1hp less that it ran the first time I ever ran it at Charlie's about 6 years ago!!).

I think Tracey has all the numbers noted so will ask if she can pop them all up in a nice list for us, if however you would rather your figures weren't made public please just shout (or indeed email).

Some of yours must have jumped ship and got into mine Fubes, 426.3/360. Well pleased with that, 10 bhp up on last time I was at Charlies.
