I have been making things lime green.

I think it looks fantastic but it's been a bugger to get the fuel rail back on without pee'ing out fuel everywhere.

I thought I had it - all eight injectors seated and leak free, now the regulator has decided it wants to play silly buggers.

A new seal kit in my original master cylinder has resulted in a rock hard pedal and much stronger brakes with decent feel.
Great news.

The problem I have with the Cerbs brakes is that pedal feel is so good that any other car I drive feels dreadful in comparison.
Have you driven a T-car? Different league again.

Best improvement I made with my was using the CL brake pads.

Went for a test drive round the block and I'm happy that there's no fuel leaks and the new alternator is working fine. Everything seems to work a lot smoother now that my electrics no longer have to cope with an alternator chucking out 16V.

As it's a nice day, I might go out again.....where's the keys.....

Finally got around to putting the refurbished wiper mechanism housing and new wiper boxes back together.

Another small job complete, many, many more to go.

Next job to cut to size the new stainless mesh for the front air intake box.

"When" being the operative word. It's beginning to wind me up at the minute.

Still, should get some nice shiny carbon fibre air boxes from Tim at ACT in the post tomorrow, that might cheer me up.

Time to cut some mesh before the match, wouldn't want to be around sharp objects afterwards!

Mesh cut, time to watch the game.

I bought two gauges, the same as original and the next gauge up. I think I will use the heavier gauge as it is less prone to deforming.

Changed the door seals to stop a slight leak and adjusted the drivers side window to stop it vibrating at speed.

The window could do with going a couple of mm higher when closed but I can't remember how to adjust it, any pointers would be appreciated?

Monumental moment. This morning, I actually put two parts back together. "Crank, meet your old friend, Case".

Existing liners (and pistons), this is 'just' a refresh with new rings in honed bores.

Knocked up an adjustable idle stop for the LHS throttle spindle... I only had to drill and tap one M5 into the throttle body, the other fixing uses an existing M3 tapping. This is Mk1, Mk2 to follow.
