They seem to have fairly sensible valuations!
Assuming they recognise that your car exists. No 2004 option!

Well, I provided the club with a lot of photos, my v5c, lots of evidence of work done and Marvyn's ticked all the concours boxes and assesed my car at £35k, thinking it's one of the best early 4.2 cerberas around.

I'm not sure it's that good, there's still small points on the interior need doing, but I think around £28-30k would be a fair purchase price looking at adverts, but as an insurance value, I'll take the £35K.

The best thing is my wife has suddenly stoped moaning about the latest bills, the money spent on it...

Since my car spent most of the last two years on axle stands, I never got around to dealing with the valuation

Has anyone got any updates or recent experience to add to the advice given previously?

I took mine to STR8SIX, as you would expect;-)

They wrote a description of the car which I sent to the insurers and that was it job done and a £40k agreed valuation.
