Anyone know what bolts are used to mount the steering rack to the chassis.

Its not in the bolt size sticky and the detailed overhaul thread is nothing but blocked photobucket photos, the bds!

help would be appreciated. Ty

Its a standard M8 hex head. I bought 40mm length in stainless to cover the use of rack spacers.

Yeah sorry about the photos on the write up. Photobucket scum wanting money so deleted everything not that you could see the photos any way. The write up is both on the TVRCC site and on the cerbera FB Page.

I also replaced them with stainless.

The gearbox tail is secured by a couple of bolts that have nuts welded to their heads to stop them spinning - true TVR style!

The steering rack bolts would also benefit for an anti spin function as it is quite difficult to get to both sides at the same time.

I wonder whether their is anything that could be attached to bolt heads, like a cam, to stop them spinning - any ideas?
