Guys - I have a 4.2 so would need the white ones, but if you search eBay on the 4.5 Ford Part number [88WF 9B989 CA from the parts list] there's a vendor in Turkey selling 9 of them for £32.00 each

If you look closely at the image you can see the Ford part number stamped on them so they look pretty correct even though they don't have the 'blue' back of the original ones - if of interest I'd suggest getting the vendor to measure to ensure they are correct but though this might help
