Some advice please!

It looks like my oil pipes are weeping a little oil from the joints. I don’t know if these pipes screw on or if they’re some sort of push fit... I have never seen this sort of connection before and I’m not sure what to do. I’m hoping I can just tighten them up with some mole grips or something, will this work or am I going to break something?

They are machine crimped, nothing you can do to 'tighten it up', certainly not in situ, although a hose fabricating shop may be willing to try to recrimp it, or replace the flexi hose section reusing those unique TVR ends.
Failing that, it's a new hose from RG Parts or the other usual sources.

I definitely wouldn't use mole grips. What's the size of the hose, could give these a go..

Pirtek will refurb the hose for you, but it seems they use much higher spec hose as standard

This is stiffer than the original hose and therefore more difficult to route and refit

Thanks that makes sense! I like the idea of trying to tighten the crimp in place, for a few quid on eBay it’s got to be worth a try... is there any special trick to it or it it just a case of finding the right size insert and squeezing as hard as possible??

Worth bearing in mind that the pipe you are looking at is the high pressure line direct from the oil pump

If that connection fails, you and whoever is behind you at the time, will be in a world of pain

Yeah good point I really don’t want the oil supply pipe failing... that would be a bad day!!

Looks like it’s a 15/16 OD fitting, can’t find any crimping tool that looks like it will fit whilst the pipe is attached to the engine, it was a nice idea but don’t think it’ll work.

If I go the new pipe route it looks pretty difficult to undo the fitting where it joins the block due to the usual complete lack of any working space on these cars, before I go this route has anyone done this in-situ without lifting the engine, is it possible?

Alternatively, and as it’s only a small leak, I came across oyltite whilst it looks a bit cowboy the rest of the hose looks to be in good condition so it might just do the job, has anyone used it?

It may be a tiny leak, but as ukkid pointed out that pipe is at pump pressure! The snake-oil stick may work for gaskets where there is no pressure or only crankcase pressure. It's only glue.
If you saw the crimping equipment at one of the hose suppliers (which simultaneously clamp radially at 8 or so points), you would appreciate that a pressed-steel £25 ebay jobbie won't cut the mustard, but even if it did it wouldn't match the crimp pattern so it has the potential to make it worse.
As before, IMHO there's only two ways to fix that leak. Unfortunately, both ways involve removing it!
And, as with any awkward job, you only want to be doing it once, so why risk a repair when we are in the very fortunate position of being able to buy a brand new and warrantied one?

Oh dear... No easy fix then... Thanks for the advice, as always do it properly and do it once... On the plus side my car seems to be getting younger with age with all the bits I’ve replaced!!!
