Hi guys bit of a long shot but trying to locate a guy called Adrian Walker, used to be big into his Ferraris and then Lambo.

I have lost touch with him, when I first knew him in 94/95 ish he had just taken delivery of a new Diablo in bright yellow, used to do Spa and the likes in his Ferrari beforehand, into his superbikes at the time as well, lived in Surrey and was an FX trader in the city. Think he knew the Mortimer ferrari dealership well.

Think he ended up with a small hotel / b&b down dorset direction at one time.

If anyone knows him please point him this way as would love to catch up again.

Cheers

Crikey, there's a name from the past. I used to know Adrian very well when he worked in the City. He retired a few years back and i have also lost touch, so sorry can be of no help .... but if you do manage to get contact details I would be very interested in getting back in touch with him.

I knew him from my superbike days through a good friend at the BOE they were both fx traders, think Adrian was with a company called marshals ? Which was the old marshal French and Lucas I think. Guys at BOE have no contact and he is not registered with the fsa anymore, he bought a b&b type place and he used to still work in town and travel down at weekends, but last I heard he was back up in Surrey or still had the house, but that was early 2000 at a guess. He was a total petrolhead so must still have something with an engine somewhere, was hoping someone here would know him still, like I say bit of a long shot

A quick credit check throw up an Adrian Walker who used to be a director of M.W Marshall (Deposits) Limited as being in Weybridge. No idea if same guy, just the 'Marshall' connection.

Hobo, thats him, could you PM me the business address please, nothing sinister, I imagine as I said above that business is in the B&B or hotel / restaurant sector.

Jules, did you know him through car connection or just work ?
I (or my dad as it goes) bought a fireblade off him in 94 and we started to do breakfast runs on a sunday.
He then introduced me to the current mate at the BOE
When we picked up the fireblade he had a new Diablo in the garage registered and waiting for 1st august which was a couple of days away.
reason I ask is he wanted me to take the car to various circuits all over europe for him and a mate to fly out to and then drive on trackdays, think he had the 355 either before or at the same time, cant remember if it was that or the Diablo he wanted taking.
Total headcase on a bike !!

I knew him through work, i was a customer of his. Top bloke, very amusing and constantly being told to keep his voice (and profanities) down in whatever establishment we were drinking in.

I went to his house just before the 1st Aug too to see the Diablo.. plate was M1 CAW. He had a red Testarossa bfeore the Lambo which he entered in the Maranello Challenge series and used to take it all over Europe - i recall he won a race at Spa.

Not seen him since he left the city, but he did have a B&B in Dorset and i guess has kept that going.

Yeah that will be adrian .....if he was in the bar you all knew it.

Small world eh, I must have been there within days of you, coming back to me now a bit didnt he upgrade the front brakes or something before he even had the car on the road ? seem to remember the front wheels being off and new calipers going on or similar.
I didnt realise that he raced cars thought more trackdays type stuff, I was doing trackdays and more into my bikes at the time.
Are you still in the city ?

Yes he did replace the brakes with some from a Porsche 962 or something similar.

I'm still in the markets, but based in Dubai now.
