After months of speculation about Karl Verdi owing victims customers money, the business is finally wound up. I feel for the people who have lost vast sums of money.

Hopefully this thread won't get deleted like previously.....

If previous threads had stood, maybe the list of those owed would be a little shorter.....

Very good point, public information should be allowed to be shared on a public forum.

And strangely on 23//11/11 a new company was incorporated

Verdi Ferrari sales ltd with a different address!

If those who have supported this business on here read this, then perhaps they could explain what is going on?

Telling us they are good at servicing cars etc or that Karl is a nice guy, may be interesting but doenst answer why so many businesses and dormant or disolved companies

I dont think these threads should be deleted as clearly if this company is a trader in Ferrari in this country then some explanation of what otherwise appears to be unusual trading is required

From the post by the the guy on Ferrri chat, he was a creditor who liquidated the company

Question is, should they still be about and rolling assets about like that?

Time will tell, hopefully some liquidator ill get to the bottom of this

The suggestion that they ie verdi did it isn't true

Website still running? http://www.verdi-ferrari.com/

Why is it that a certain section of Society think they can just ignore the rules of the land, and seemingly try and con people ..... and mostly seem to get away with it.
It seems its hardly the first time he's done it.

I've had a debtor go down like this. I wasn't the only one - her company owed thousands to a lot of creditors. She's now in Australia smiling at us via FB.

He will probably get away with it again if some of the posts on other forums are anything to go by. Quite shocking to read that many will still use him for servicing as he 'knew what he was doing' and ' is actually a good guy who had bad luck'. I really do hope that anyone that uses his services in the future, having been aware of the past gets screwed over.

Those are court names with Northampton being the location of the online court called MoneyClaim. The name of the Claimant is not shown.

Bertie- on Fchat many of the people he ripped off have posted including the one who filed the petition for winding up. One has consolidated the figure at circa £230K (that they know off). You can read Fchat for comments on multiple bank accounts, Vat issues etc, private investigators. But hey sounds like a nice fella who just had a rough spot rolleyes
