Who would have guessed that 7 years on from the start of this topic and the £100k 458 still isn't really here? Certainly not me.

As a 458 owner I’m not really surprised. Those owners who don’t feel obliged to go on to the next shiny thing struggle to part with a 458 which keeps the prices up.

Have said it before but the 458 has nowhere to go price wise unless the F430 goes down as well. It is a major step change from that car.

There is also a practical floor at which the price won't really go below, since its a supercar and a Ferrari.

My attempt to acquire a giallo 458 has not come off this time. In truth it was a bit jazzy for me anyway. Triple paint though.

In a funny way, it has dipped below what a £100k car would have been when the thread started

Since then, the prices of everything comparable has risen, and the fall in price has softened a great deal.

Proportionally, it's done from double a 430 to not a huge amount more as a step
