Rumours of an Aventador Performante for 2018 getting louder. Talk of the AP doing a 6:30min Nurburgring lap with the new active-aero and stickier tyres. This will put Lambo even further ahead of rivals and give it three models under the iconic 7min mark.

Agreed - will be a bit odd if they don't bring that technology to their flagship model given how special it appears to be.

But goodness me - the relentless supply of cars, each with variants is quite impressive across the different manufacturers. What do you do if you have just bought an SV Aventador with now potentially an SV S Aventador appearing so soon afterwards? It's going to be interesting to see how readily the market soaks up the supply.

No doubt. It's obviously cold weather testing there. When they start doing the performance and handling tests I'm sure it will have the full ALA kit.

Wasn't the FAKE Huracan ring time put down to the fantastic ALA and yet on their flagship car its not apparent and potentially dropped ?

Rambo, is there a 675lt ring time...... nope, not even a fake one like the p1 suggested best time, doubt we'll see a 720s time..... except on the top gear track, where mac do a lot of testing and fine tuning from what I understand....

The SV was 360k ish OTR so I'd imagine this will be north of 400k
