Good stuff!

I get mine tomorrow!!!!!!! I've been sent a few teaser pics, but not a full shot of the car - which is kind of good in a way.

Roll on Saturday lunchtime @ Pangbourne......

Can't wait to see your pictures. Have a great day and let me know if you fancy a meet up and drive in the next few weeks.

Thanks, I am also really happy how the calipers came out, wasn't sure what shade of blue to go for as factory won't paint them blue. I asked dealer to match Blu Cepheus as close as possible. I think they nailed it

Centre locks indeed! They're Lamborghini wheels, but are a dealership fit. I think they're the first one's that Pangbourne said they've done - and they are mighty awesome. I should perhaps also add that I also added a different exhaust system to the car, not the standard upgrade but one which may have had a sticker on it to do with 'road use' and 'not for' and... but it may have come off at some point. Or something. It's a beast, a monster, awesome, has come out better than I could have imagined or hoped for... the only teeny tiny shred of disappointment (which I already knew about) is that at just over 6', I'm about an inch or two taller than ideal. That is, I need to take a steady supply of hair gel with me wherever I go. Or a hat.

EDIT: to say, I'll be at Sharnbrook on Sunday if anyone is going and wishes to say hello...

I don't know why anyone would pay the absurd amount for factory satin paint when you could do what you did, as it's far cheaper and your paint is protected! Plus makes it easier for resale i'm guessing.

shhhusshhh... don't tell everyone! Everyone will make there's look the same otherwise ;-)

To be fair, I really wanted a matt coloured car (approx £10k option as I recall) and it was Craig at Pangbourne who suggested this approach. It did occur to me as the car was being wrapped that I could of course have chosen a bright orange colour and then had it wrapped in something else...peeling off the wrap a year or two down the line and having a 'new car' as a result.

EDIT: to say one warning I was given about matt paint is that if you need to respray for whatever reason then you basically have to expect to do the whole car to make it work.

EDIT 2: the noise is immense. Like ridiculously immense. I may have woken up the neighbours this morning as from a cold start it is not exactly discreet. And by 'not exactly discreet', I mean its ungodly loud!

I sold my Huracan after 18 months and 15,000 miles back to Craig... I bought my previous Gallardo Spyder which i did 11,000 mile in over 13 months from him too and he's a no nonsense genuine salesman which is very hard to find these days...
I too had "another" exhaust on mine the Akrapovic and it sounded immense, opened the car up....
Great cars guys..... enjoy... loving those centre lock rims :-)

Both cars look fantastic, blue calipers are a nice touch on the white car and I love the grey Spyder.
Enjoy!

Very, very nice BigR! Love the wheels. I do hope you're enjoying it! I have done 500 miles in 6 days with mine.

I think I'll probably have hit that kind of level after this weekend. Out of this world driving it and I've had a few chuckles as I've been sat in it, thinking how surreal it is!
