has anyone verified the Hennessy Venom F5's power?

i was just reading up on this car, which i know won't be in production till 2019, but the stat's its boasting seem pretty extraordinary, and with a quick guild search i couldn't find much to back it up.

the reason i'm kind of skeptical is just how far ahead of anything at Bugatti, or Koenigsegg it appears to be. i mean just to compare it with the Bugatti chiron, it will be nearly half the price, but give 100 more horse power with an engine, that has 8 less cylinders, and 2 less turbo's? also if that's the case assuming this much smaller engine produces as much heat as the chiron it will be far harder to cool.
Bugatti have been going on about how hard it was to get 50% more horsepower from the same displacement, well hennessy has apparently done 60% more with way less displacement?

i just kind of feel like either hennessy is way far ahead of anyone else, or these stat's seem to good to be true?

Warranty. One will last for a million miles, one will last just long enough to get them out of the statutory warranty length and/or enough for the owner to do a handful of top speed runs and then watch the engine grenade itself.
