Trusted mapping in south

Ive got a situation where i have to trailer our AMG GTC to a garage for an mot, long story but i cant drive there...
Seeing as i have to trailer the car and cant attend myself, i thought it a good idea to get it mapped and get some Cup sport 2s fitted for this years track days..
Is there anywhere in the south that people trust and have used that could handle those three elements (mot, map, tures) and who are trustworthy not to go joy riding!
I have a tracker to install but i would prefer some trusted options to look at if anyones got some pointers?

They're often very busy but can definitely do the remap. They certainly know how to tune cars. They do tyres too.
