All,
This sounds like the trip of a life time and one NOT to be missed.

Although there is a slight problem regarding mode of transport. I don't have a Ferrari

As and when funds do become available they will only stretch as far as an Elise/Chimera and that's a little way off yet

Therefore, I turn to you the good people of PistonHeads, to beg, steal or grovel the opportunity to ride shotgun in one of your magnificent machines.

Like someone already said, I would be more than happy to split ANY costs to be part of this event.

If the offers there, I'll gladly except

There's only one snag. My best man is planning to arrange my stag do around the same time, so I can only fully committ once I know the exact dates....

And while we're on this 'dancing donkey' business have you looked closely at the badge on your car? Looks a bit equine with heraldic overtones to me

I know, the donkey even looks the same! Just goes to show that The Red Baron has even more in common with those steeds from Maranello Hmmm, I wonder what a Ferrari flat six would have sounded like... half a 512bb perhaps?

Now you know where to find me and Manu if we go missing from the Casino. Interestingly enough, my mate owns the Pure Silk label and all the related events. He had a night in the club in Southend (can you remind me of the name of the large club by the roundabout at the hill, Rich?) and I can honestly say there were around 10 of the fittest looking girls sitting around there. Please tell me slags wall is there...? One of the lovely ladies came up to us and started chatting about the car (Supra at the time) and she was really friendly. Shame her boyfriend called her over.

But I can confirm that Manu will have plenty of fun there.

Can't let Domster's "red baron" take on Italy's finest without another RS for company. So depending on dates I'm a provisional yes.

I've been going to the Ring twice a year for a number of years, usually staying at the Dorint.

TOTS, thats the one!! Quite a laugh in Southend, but must admit there are some dimwits around. The Casino (its actually two one part is for oldies, and the other is for us lot!!) used to have a downstairs for clubbing but they closed it down. Windows look into the sea, really cool! Its very quiet down there, but we can have access courtesy of my mate. Some of the waitresses there are kind of accomodating too... Although the less said the better.

Just spoke to him and he got back yesterday. Trying to convince him not to get rid of his boxster S in exchange for a Viper. Little shit is only 22. He reckons Casino night should be no problem, and the "Don's" table is ours as long as his dad isn't there!! We'll sort it out nearer the time.

Ninj, this is beginning to sound top notch!! When we thinking of, mid-end November?

And re the Nurburgring - I'm soooo up for this, sounds great (as long as a TVR is allowed ). Only problem is I'll need about 10 sets of spare brake pads - I got through a full set in 1hr's track time at Snetterton on Saturday. Cue Halfords pitstop..
