I was having a quick flick through the odd car mag yesterday as you do, and couldn't help notice an advert from some company or other (I forget the name) offering prizes like Ferrari 360's, TVR Tuscan's, 911 Turbo's etc etc etc.

Looked on a little further, as you would, and noticed that they only offer a limited number of tickets for each car. 2,600 to be exact for the 360.

Getting better by the minute I thought. Price per ticket £80. Hummmmmm I can afford to lose £80 for a shot at a 360 said the heart!!!!!!

Then the head did a little maths....

2,600 tickets at £80 = £208,000.

That's some profit!!!!

Which got me thinking. If you have a few notes available, and were prepared to do a little ticket flogging, which can't be that hard - everybody wants to own a Ferrari, you could make a tidy little figure without too much effort.

SO, if anybody would like to go into a partnership, please let me know This could be just the TICKET I need to Ferrari ownership myslef

Yes I worked that out before. Whoever set that up is creaming it in.

I handed over my 80 quid for a ticket at Gatwick airport, but there's more to it than meets the eye. You also have to do a 'spot the ball' competition on their pooter to get around the uk gambling rules. Bit of a chaff really.

Does anyone know the actual name of the company? At the address they quote I only found Nina Campbell ltd. Which is registered at Companies House as being registered since 1971. The company best of the best was registered in 2002, and bestofthebest.co.uk was registered 1999 but was dormant till end of 31/12/2001. They claim to have been trading since July 2000. Has anyone entered this yet? I'm considering going for it for a laugh. Maybe not the 360, might play 2 or 3 of the others. Good thing is the 360 is near closing. mmmm..

Both 360s are LHD! And it doesn't say they're new; top speed of 184 mph suggests pre-2001. Going rate £60K or thereabouts. They can afford to be pukka since they keep the thing going until all the tickets are sold.

Seems like a copy of the ones I saw in Dubai - VERY popular over there and they sell out very quickly.

IIRC one of the guys who runs www.topprize.co.uk is a PH regular.
