Perhaps I'm mad or my test drive experience was coloured by things other than the car - but I'm getting this feeling I was too hasty in my judgment about the Lamborghini Murcielago.
I've been seeing quite a few of them and the looks are really growing on me... And I always did think it looked good in black but now yellow and orange too.... I'm still not taken by the interior (especially against a 550/575M) but the car sounded pretty special and come to think of it - it WAS fast but then that is not a sensation that is all that new...... and for some reason now, I'm loving the way the doors open whereas I didn't before....

I think I'm losing it.

I want to drive one again.....Someone help me....

If Sir would like to pass me his wallet, then I can arrange a test drive at any time for you.

Your not losing it Manu..... your coming to your sences

I think the Murcielago is a breathtaking car. I haven't had the opportunity to drive one as you have, but I was more than a little shocked at your first "Test Drive" report.

Without question the Murcie' was going to be much more "user-friendly" than the Diablo - It had to be. Very single review of the Diablo said it was a great car, but a bit of a brute.

Ok, some might say the Murcielago has gone "soft" - What's the problem with taming the beast a little to make it more accessable - Nothing

It's a striking car in most colors, except that Lime Green. As you said, it must be stunning in black.

No need for the men in white coats just yet

Good God Manu- when I was reading this, what I could hear was this 'ickle girly voice.

The car's OK in a Vidal kind of way, with Sassoon-ie overtones. And I think that Sorbie cove has one too. Yup, may have a V12 but this is one car not ashamed to show its feminine side.

Couple of days late but hey.....

The day I flew into Hong Kong the dealer who usually has a few Lamborghini's had updated from the 6.0 to the Murcielago. Not one, but two. One in silver and one in black. Side by side with a gold 6.0 in the middle just for good measure. I'll post a pic in a while as I am round the corner.
