I know this topic pops up from time to time and its always the cause for debate - at least amongst us at Scuderia Systems.

Rosso is undoubtedly the classic Ferrari "safe" choice- you wont regret getting the car in that colour, looks magic on the V8s but not so hot on the V12s, very very common however.

Nero - Stealth like- looks sexy as hell, works well on all models, shows up imperfections and dirt easily.

Giallo - makes the car really stand out, shows the lines of the car well, doesnt really work well at all on V12s, only black as an interior colour will go. definitely has to be kept clean.

Titanium - I'm starting to really like this colour- doesnt work on 355 but looks amazing on the 360 and V12s and is my opinion the best looking clour on the 360 spider- really shows the lines well and looks gorgeous.

What colours do you guys think go well or are the best? I know rosso will probably come out the top but it will be interesting to hear some alternatives.

Blue Chiaro on 456GT, Titanium/silver on 550/575 and Rosso Red on 355/360's.

Edited because I just realised I spelt Titanium wrong doh!

308 / 328 / 355 - rosso
348 - black, softens some of the edginess in the design
360 - rosso, but looks fantastic in met Black, really mean
550 - Awsome in rosso, titanium or nero
550 Barchetta - black. Amazing looking
F40 / F50 - rosso, definately
Enzo - Black (because it hides some of the lines!)
456 - fantastic in (rare) Rosso, also silver, titanium & nero
Anything pre 1980 - rosso only!

Edited to add that I hate yellow, looks gawdy and flash on a Ferrari. Keep it for C plate 325i's

Personally not sure about 456's in red. Dark met. blue and silver work well IMO.

Also, 250GT SWB looks great in silver too and not so hot in red. Same thing goes for the Daytona but think that also looks the nuts in black.

Agree on the rest though.

Don't think I've seen a Ferrari in white that I've liked.

Red. Yes, all of them. No other marque is as synonymous with a single colour as Ferrari.

How about Audi & Silver?

Didn't they pull some stunt at a car show whereby all of the cars on the stand were silver?

I know what you mean though Kev - Rosso is the only colour to have on any Ferrari - It just looks so bloody gorgeous.

Saw a Yellow 360 the other day
How to spoil the most beautiful car ever made in one easy lesson!!!

I like 360s in Nuvo Nero Daytona.
Not quite as obvious as Rosso and not as "LOOK AT ME!!" as Giallo

At risk of being highjly controversial - I LOVE Giallo 360s.... especially when they're fully loaded with some modular or BBS rims and challenge grills!
