Highest mileage 355??

chaps, what is the highest milesage 355 you have come across? Are they capable of reaching 100k without a rebuild? Any potential problems with say a 50k engine as long a s servieces weere on the dot?
I know the challenge cars go 3-5 seasons whitout a rebuild so the reliability must be there. Appreciate your thought.

seem to remember seeing one at 65k, looked a little tatty, dont know about the engine. I would imagine as long as they are maintained well mileage isnt a problem, regular useage helps IMHO.

11k on ours from new (95 spider). Serviced on time. No problems apart from no effin' time to take it out let alone give it to Manu for the obvious treatment. FFS!

errr...18k on mine now (98)...that 8k in the last 8 montths.....Oh well i bought it to drive it not polish it and roll it back into the garage every weekend..I have enjoyed every mile so far...

Fraser, bloody hell.

I've got circa 24k on mine, so about 8k since May 02. Trust me Fraser it gets even sweeter after 21K.
