3200 GT - parts prices

Does anyone have any idea of how much a 3200GT front Wing and bumper costs ?

A friend of mine has had a "bump" and doesn't know whether to claim and lose his NCB which would cost him a fortune.

I'm having a rear wing, door, front wing and bonnet repainted and the total cost is about £3K. Unless you can get the replacement parts from a breaker and go to a good (but cheap) paintshop it's got to be a claim.
