Looks like the PAYEers are back............
If you had the FIRST understanding of business, you would know that barristers are self employed under Schedule D Case 2 HMRC, and therefore do not pay tax under PAYE.Now, run along., son.

Just read through this thread and am sorry to say that I put redfive1 in contact with the Porsche dealer who had one of his GT2's. I had passed on the car but did my OPC a favour sending David their way after he posted a thread as spacemanxx asking if anyone knew of unsold cars. Had I known who I was doing a favour for I wouldn't have bothered!

can i suggest giving up if you're in the trade.
i've sold 5 used scuds since December and only one car was sub 150k.
i can also confirm i have 5 very happy customers.
if you are trying to sell a car on behalf of a friend and you aren't having any luck then tell him to have it back and call someone who know's what they're doing.
i'm over and out of this tread now as i have better things to do (i.e buy some scuds and 599's for £125k plus off people that own them!!!!)

If Redfive is who I think he is (and I'm certain he is), then he messed me around big-time last year.
He agreed to buy my 997 GT2 Clubsport at an agreed price and then spent several weeks promising to pay a deposit, while I turned away other offers and then he eventually failed to complete on either the deposit or the deal or even communicate with me. He is wealthy and has the cars he describes, but is obviously prepared to act with no integrity whatsoever.
