awesome cars - don't like the colour at all!

Check out the rolling start comparisons on GTBoard.com - the Koenig makes the 599GTB's etc. look like they are standing stillsmile

Evo done a supercar issue and the Koenigseg was flamed for its build quality and servicing costs. New models are supposed to be allot better and do come with a 5 year warranty though. There is chap that posts on here(Northo?) who ran one for Rio Prestige supercar hire and i am sure he also mentioned massive bills.

Great looking cars that make junior supercars seem slow.

Hi - to answer your questions -

No I don`t use the Egg enough. I drove it back from the factory in Sweden after buying it. Also I took it to Le Mans but I normally tend to use one of the other cars.

Yes I still want a Saleen S7 TT.

It is easy to drive although I do struggle with locating reverse sometimes.

Yes it is the green one that was at Broughtons, Pangbourne. They are the UK Koenigsegg dealer.

It is the only Koenigsegg racing green CCR to be produced.

My friend in Sussex has just bought Rio`s CC8S.

Well the drive back from Sweden was interesting - more of an event really. Yes Christian is an excellent guy.
He spent an hour with me explaining about the CCR and gave me his mobile number if I had any problems. Very friendly, articulate and helpful.

Now I'll have to keep my eyes open for another Egg in Sussex. Seen Peter Saywell's a few times. Have you got any plans on bringing it to any PH meets as I've only ever seen your SL smile Not that I'm complaining about that wink

Anyone have any idea on the numbers produced of each? I was lucky enough to see a CC8S in Dubai in 2004, I wondered what happened to it. It was in the Hamann (BMW tuners) showroom.

Yes go onto www.m5board.com and then to the Koenigsegg forum and there is a thread on there reference the Koenigsegg registry.

That is one incredible car - however, I believe you are in the wrong forum - this is for Italian (and French/Italian) cars - the Saab forum is further up the list!

I'm not a member on the M5 board, but if anyone else is, here's a CC8s and CCR they can add to the registry if they want.
