Are there any rules on bringing your own lid? Mine's just a bike one from a few years back. Not the finest lid but at least it won't smell of arse

I think that'll be fine. Bike and kart helmets are both designed to be scrubbed along the deck.

Mines a bike lid too.

I've got some anti-fog stuff ill bring too, but tbh the best stuff ive found is rubbing some fairy liquid into the inside of the visor. Give that a go David.

Rub the cut side of a cut potato on the inside of your visor to stop it misting up.

SCUBA diving has told me that a bit of toothpaste rubbed in with water works wonders. Smells nice too. Never heard of anyone doing that with a skid lid though so I'll probably go with the Fairy/spud idea

Says the man that always wins! Whilst I don't care if I win or loose. I'll be pretty fed up if, on the start line like last time, I have to ask the marshal to tear off a bit of paper so I can fold it up to hold open my visor so I can see where I'm going.

Certainly wasn't great having to go one handed and hold it open every straight.

I'd enjoy a nose around Loon. Will probably bring the Alfa down again.

If you're going to drive an E-Type then don't go with the cliche. Wear a shell suit

confused

I didn't crash?
No you clipped the tyres, that were all nicely chained together. They whipped round and wrapped round the front of my kart. Causing me to stop and get a marshall to remove them. hehe
I think you need to figure the difference between a crash and Dick Dastardly style brilliance!
