Anyone going?

I'm booked in as I missed last years show.

I heard very mixed reviews about last years show, so should be interesting to see how it'll be.

The Pageant is back on form again, now Kelsey publishing are doing it again.

I live 5 minutes away and go most years - last years one really was a shambles.

But today was great biggrin They got it spot on. The heat was mad, it was 20 degrees at 7am when we were parking up. Easily reached 30+ today.

Couldn't agree more. The heat was mad, there was a great atmosphere and there actually seemed to be some decent organisation for the first time in years.

I'm not no. I've not been into photography very long, only around a year, but shooting with film is something I really want to do.

Just looks like the colour warmth you get with 35mm - some sort of effect/filter? Looks cool though!

Yeah, film is fun - I learnt the basics on it, and the best bit is that you can pick up decent film gear for peanuts these days.

I use an app on my iPhone called VSCO to edit all my photos as I'm useless at Lightroom etc. VSCO is also simple to use for someone like me who is still learning about photography and editing.

They were taken on my Canon 50mm f1.4, which is my favourite lens. If you can recommend me a decent film camera to go for then, that'd be brilliant?
