What day are you going to be passing through inveraray if at all as might join you for some of it

Inveraray is Saturday, but after Inveraray on Saturday we are only heading up to Dalmally and then across the A85 to Ledcharrie.

We start Saturday up in Achnasheen, if you wanted to come up and meet us there Saturday morning and then come down the West coast this would be much better for you. We could have a late start on Saturday to give you time to come up and meet us.

So I'm winning with the B&Bs I think, after much juggling and two cancellations by hotels after confirmation (!)

I'm hoping to follow your route as much as is feasible, but my stopovers are as follows:

Lowick (Wed)
Invergordon
Oban
Lochearnhead
TBA - Sunday

I realise it's going to be a bit hit and miss tho'.

Well as it is one of my party have dropped out after taking his car to Santapod last weekend he isn't confident in it making it all the way around Scotland....so there is a spare bunk in our digs if you want it?

Thanks for the offer but there's two of us sharing the driving and the B&Bs are non-refundable now, so we'll keep those bookings anyway. I changed Oban for Leckmelm, which gives us the option of shortening the route if the weather's awful. The forecast's looking a bit better now tho', so fingers crossed.

I'll drop you a PM so that we can arrange a rendezvous for Thursday.

I've got an early dash to Gatwick in the morning, then back home to swap cars and load up before enjoying the scenery on the M25!

Very many thanks to Team Milburn for organising an excellent few days' driving around the Scottish coast. Driving with "Live-It-on-the-Edge-Milburn" and "What-Cattle-Grid?" Hondaman was certainly an experience I won't forget. Brilliant stuff.
