After the success of the last meet - I have booked another one biggrin

I think we had about 35 cars at peak, including a beautiful Ferrari F40, a stunning Integrale and of course that handsome Clio V6 wink

....And a gold MGF (thanks Hoofy!)

The pub were impressed with the turnout (presumably their profits) and may even put a BBQ on this time, if the weather is good.

I don't think we'll bring Bella as it'll be too hot for her (if the weather stays like this) but Mrs9 and I shall be there with bells on, rain or shine.

So, same details as last time:

All cars are more than welcome to come to The Fairmile Pub in Cobham (close to A3/ M25) on Sunday 2nd July for a meet:

http://www.chefandbrewer.com/pub/fairmile-portsmou...

The pub will make teas and coffees available to us from 11am and people are obviously free to use the pub from 12pm opening.

Would be great to meet some fellow PHers and see a nice variety of cars.

There is loads of parking and we can use the green out the front for parking/ display.

There is also a Shell garage, opposite, so we can all fill up with the good stuff or use the Jet Wash.

Some details, photos and write-up of the last one can be found here:

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Lets get a list going:

1. Mr & Mrs Dom9 - Renault Clio V6 Phase 1 (Illiad Blue)

Yup, I'll bring the orange one.
Tonker may come down as well and I'll get Noel to being the NSX.
Top man - Get some names on the list when Tonks et al confirm.

He's very busy monitoring our local house prices though biggrin

Absolutely not!! All are more than welcome, there's no 'showing off' or anything.

Just like-minded people having a pint and a nosey round each other's cars smile

Ok, we hid it in the car park but Mrs9 drove our 545i over with a smashed rear light and bumper last time out!

There was a gold MGF for goodness sake wink

If the weather is good, might be nice for a bigger squad to hang around for lunch as the pub may fire up the BBQ so we can have a burger and a wander!

Husbands, wives, children, dogs etc all welcome (though our dog will probably stay home this time as she's not brilliant in the heat, which is odd, considering she was born in Texas and pretty much lived outside).

Top man, Thomas.

Will be good to see our cars side-by-side!

Having said that; if you still have the Rallye then, might be nice to see that - will be a bit different!

My XSi still isn't finished (shock wink )!

Oi! I'm sensing you don't rate it at all. I'll have to take you for a spin. It's not quick but show it a roundabout and the fun begins.

Hello stranger!

I'm sure there will be enough FoS refugees and it's better than Goodwood, anyway wink

Nah, Hoofy - love the MGF! Just ribbing!

I would have to turn it into a mini from Speed 3 Automotive though!

3. MikeGoodwin - Megane RS (might be working but if not I will be along for a coffee)

I used to do Yorkshire fish and chip runs. Meet at pub, 45 min drive to fish and chip shop, have a natter than drive home. I dont know the south well enough to suggest something similar but an evening run sometime would be good if anyone's up for it someday. Just a suggestion.

All jokes aside... I may have had a sneaky look at the 160s! Need to finish the XSi project though and it's probably similar money to finish as buy a 160 frown
