The entrance is the one off minster street where the triangle bit of green is by the bend. The main front courtyard, parking on the green itself and the main car park is all the same entrance and there will be someone to direct you where to park from there.
Nice car btw

A thoroughly enjoyable Sunday morning and a fantastic drive down to Wilton in the sunshine, always a lovely setting and a friendly turnout.
I must say I'd rather see classic American Muscle rather than 10 year old replicas. I'd have been bitterly disappointed if it was all like the two in your picture. Looks like another fake Cobra on other side of GT40 too. Ok cars although Cobra reps are far too common (esp. those with 427 badges and a 350sbc in reality) but not exactly what the words conjure up IMO. I'd expect GTOs, Chargers, Challengers, Corvettes, Olds etc. Seems the same for previous comments regarding the 'hot hatch' meet. Too open to interpretation and lots of stuff not worth a look at other than a swift glance whilst walking by. I've seen so many fake Cobras at car shows, I wouldn't even stop to look any more. Each to their own...

Yep each to their own. I simply hadn't realised what a shoddy pile of old crap i'd been looking at, thanks for setting me straight.
I look forward to seeing your original GT40 next year.........and then maybe we can have a deep and meaningful about true originality

I don't think you've read my post correctly. I never EVER implied I had an original GT40 or a GT40 of any kind. To put the record straight, I never mentioned "shoddy pile of old crap" either - that's entirely your description. Looks like I touched a raw nerve there. I was stating that replica cars probably aren't what a lot of people would expect at an American Muscle show. I know several folk that would be disappointed. Maybe you believe yours is real judging by your, "...and then maybe we can have a deep and meaningful about true originality". Really don't know what you mean by that or what you would do if I or anyone else had turned up in a real one. Sure there are some great replica cars with awesome build quality , handling and performance but that's all they are. There are great replica watches but I doubt if they would appeal to the lovers of the real items in the same way as an original.
Maybe there were some old classics there but you just wanted to post photos of your car. I wasn't trying to offend any of the owners - just stating that if I'd turned up; I personally would have been disappointed seeing replicas/recreations/kit cars.
Perhaps I was thinking of "Classic" American Muscle but the same usually applies without the need for the "classic" prefix.
In all truth, my Vauxhall is probably at least as "American Muscle" as the GT and Cobra in the photos but it's not what I'd expect at a show with that title IMO.
Happy driving.
Simon's example was worth seeing. The detail on it is stunning and it sounded like an original from the moment the fuel pumps were switched on prior to it being started.
I'm no GT40 expert, but it looked, and sounded, massively convincing and was a pleasure to examine.
I was there that Sunday. And I was parked nearby with my classic piece of American muscle. There were some fine classic examples present.

Whilst I can appreciate your comment and I'm sure looking at the pics Simons car is a very high quality build as the Cobra probably is too, 10 year old cars where the only American part is likely the engine, just don't seem to fit comfortably into the event title for me personally. As i said previously I have a GM vehicle with an LS3 so that's as relevent but really not what I'd expect to see or want to see there. You all chose to attend & had a grand time so that's all the matters really. Glad to hear there were some proper Yanks there too. Enjoy.
