New Classic & Sports car event Nr Donington Park

Afternoon team!

I'll get straight to it, I have some (rented) land which has planning permission for outdoor sports, and a good amount (1 acre ish plus parking ) is not currently in use, It's a nice flat, currently dead, grass field, excellent access and very good location.

So I'm considering setting up a bit of a show/event some time later in the summer, you know the standard British "cars in a field" sort of shows that we've all been to, maybe with a bit of a twist as they get rather samey. no camping.

However, having never hosted anything like this, I'm not sure where to start.
Obvious things like public liability, toilets, ambulance etc can be dealt with quite easily.
Getting marshals may not be easy.

But, where I'm a bit stuff is how and where to get A: stall-holders / catering etc interested in renting a space, and B: advertising the event to get people & cars in.

So, does anyone here have experience organising such events?
