The usual details:

All cars are more than welcome to come to The Fairmile Pub in Cobham (close to A3/ M25) on Sunday 5th August for a meet:

The pub is now under new management and opens at 11:30am.

Suggest we meet on the grass from 11:30am for a catch up and then see how it goes... I am yet to book future dates.

Would be great to meet some fellow PHers and see a nice variety of cars.

There is now fencing round the grass, so follow the drive round to the front of the pub and the gate there will be open for us.

There is also a Shell garage, opposite, so we can all fill up with the good stuff or use the Jet Wash.

Gate won't be open at 10:30am but we could always park in the car park and move when the gate opens at 11am or so.

I think they'll be doing breakfast for the hotel at 10:30am so there may be someone willing to open it early for us but technically the pub isn't open to the public until 11:30am.

Or we could take a pre-meet run out? Think one was mooted last year...

I don't think they could afford to ban all meets...

Must be half their trade! Never really seems busy at all, unless there is a meet on!

Guess the onside hotel must make them a few quid but it does seem to be one of The Car Pubs in Surrey.

I was there that night - seemed a perfectly chilled occasion as it usually is but quite shocked to hear a photographer was assaulted. Seems numpties continue to penetrate otherwise good events.
