There's a fab little cafe / bar called Cafe Chaud we sometimes frequent, just north of the centre. Could meet up for a glass of something?

We tended to populate the Chat Noir which is very close by, may take a stroll up to Cafe Chaud on Friday. How would I ID you?

For those of you using the "Gatine tunnel" in Anguleme town. There has been a brand new super camera installed there.
Not only measuring speed but also vehicle distance, mobile phone use and safety belt use.

They are looking to reCoupe a very large amount of money spent on the tunnel renovations.

Have a great time everyone it's a great event.
Cheers buddy 🙂

Yes it's warming up down here,it should be 32 on Friday and just a bit cooler over the weekend.

Lots of people driving about in little noddy cars.

No racing till Sunday and as far as I'm aware not till after lunchtime, morning will be for sighting laps etc.
Saturday afternoon and evening is good to see the concourse etc, live bands and general petrol head fun in the city.

When I go I like to buy a pit pass to see the machines and generally seek unusual stuff.

It's hard to give info on the best place to view.

Again it's gona be hot and the pay for grandstands will be in full afternoon sun.

Had more fun on drive there and back + watched excellent live racing stream from Goodwood revival

I will be heading back to goodwood revival next year, tbf it’s hard for an event in France to match unless 24hr Le Mans.

I would still head there to watch racing next year if everything aligned (to give it a fair chance) if I couldn’t make gwr

I don’t like angouleme which doesn’t help I guess..

Looking online, I’m still unsure if this is actually going ahead this year as a public event?

Does anyone know for certain what’s happening?

Cheers
