provisional yes from me too - if i've not found anything by then - given my indecisions about making decisions, i'll probably be there ;-)

Any thoughts on a get together after? I think that it would be fun to have an inaugural threadist award - category and nominations suggestions welcome!

At risk of sounding weird and predatory, anyone considering making a weekend of it and staying somewhere local-ish afterwards?

Local accommodation, sink a few beers, talk car-ste for a bit and then a slap-up breakfast the next day.

I’m definitely good for a post sale get together, and maybe making a weekend of it, especially if Mrs Etypephil (also a top nutter enthusiast) can be persuaded.

Provisional atm, not sure what’s going to be happening with work - should find out this week. Should it be a go-er, I like the idea of staying over & etc, although as a non-drinker, I might bore you all to death.

Must also resist buying. I really, really cannot justify another car, not even to myself.

Though I could see if I can find Kevin? idea

We're just off the SW corner of Tunbridge Wells - literally on the border of Kent (bandit country frequented by marauding gangs of miscreants and ne'er-do-wells - but enough of my household).

Was considering an overnight stop - my better half can then spend time with my Mum while I get to kick tyres and talk codste to strangers (typical Saturday).

Ha! I know that part of the world well.

No worries. I’m not able to do an over-nighter, so it would be an early start for me either way.
