Car meets around Woking

Hi all,

New on here but wanted to see if anyone would be up for some car meets (in line with the current guidelines from the government) in the Woking/Guildford area?

I’m thinking all cars welcome but please do confirm with me if you’re coming along so I can keep track and know roughly how many will turn up.

The thought behind this was mainly to get back into some socialising and just appreciating the different cars out there!

Anyone up for it please shoot me a message - I’m thinking first meet up could be next week Thursday 23rd July around 7pm in West Byfleet.

If you do weekends I would be game I think. Weekdays are tough unless they are after 8PM.

Im popping to Newlands in Sunday morning with the kids for a hot chocolate and some social mingling. Aim to be there around 11. Would also be refreshing to actually see and speak to like minded people.

I’ll try to make that albeit the car park gets very full especially now there is no change for parking.

My mini literally melts in the rain so its staying in for today. I wouldnt mind meeting up at newlands sometime though. If you park far enough in the back you can probably get a few cars close together and have a little group.

Sorry just seen this, ended up in Woking all day so not heading out now. Will keep my eye open here though for future meets, maybe a couple of weeks away?

Hi everyone,
Something has come up for me this Thursday unfortunately so won’t be able to meet this week. I was thinking to just move the date to Thursday next week (30/07) at 7pm again. I was thinking to meet at the car park by Pyrford Recreation Ground. Let me know who wants to join!

The black swan host a decent meet every second Sunday in wisley

I know, I go to that one whenever I am able to but I struggle with weekends due to work hence I’m trying to do one during the week

There is a classic meet at Runnymede this Sunday by Petrol heads .

Tempted to pop up to Newlands on Friday around 5pm for half an hour, then swing by the pub on route back home in Worplesdon / Pirbright for a pint.

Not too far from Woking but the Walton bridge quarterly classic meet is on Sunday august 2 albeit it gets busy .

That's a good shout. I have arranged to go down with my eldest, and a few others are popping down I believe from BabyBMW so should be a few of us there.
