Hi guys and girls, we have have done this twice great fun and it's a nice challenge.
My S2000 cough cough was last to leave and first to arrive it's not a race but its sort of.

Copilot is a good idea unless you have your niece who slept from Exeter to Ness and most the way back to Cornwall.

Useful copilot
I would suggest that, of the two people in the car, she was not the one in need of beauty sleep

Hi all,

I'm a little late to the party maybe

I live in Norwich so plan on starting at Lowestoft to watch it rise maybe the day before, then pootle to Cornwall do a touristy thing or two, stay overnight then do the R.AT.S on Monday 21st through to Tuesday. I also plan on going to Lizard Point whilst that way so I hit 3 of the "4 " corners of the UK ( which is part of one of my driving challenges I have in my head. )

I'm happy to join up with anyone en route etc & certainly look forward to the challenge that faces us all.

We will all congregate in the LE car park on the Monday evening, it's free if you arrive after 17.00hr (either £5 or £7 if you arrive before, can't remember which)

Last time, we all declared what our cars were, so that we stood a chance of approaching the right people when we get there.

If we do the same and add our Christian names . . . . . .
I'll start; John - Silver SL500

I'll go next. I also live not too far away from Norwich. I'm Stuart and I drive a Red Astra GTC, with an annoying paint chip on the front bumper thank you very much Pheasant

I live in The Lizard, the road from Helston to here is a fantastic road out of season.

We're going to catch the sunrise at Ness Point Sunday morning - why ? So I know I'm at the right place 😂😂 , then drive down to Cornwall, via GF's parents in Essex for breakfast. Have a mooch about in Cornwall on Sunday, stay overnight, bit more of a mooch about on Monday to include Lizard Point & the open air theatre, then go to LE for sunset Monday night for the challenge to begin.

Sounds like there's going to be a few of us there then. I'll probably head down to lands end the Sunday night and watch the sun set without being ready to race God. Anyone know of anywhere we can meet before we head off to Ness Point?

You can get right on the front. You'll get odd looks from people as they wonder where you're going but it's all good.
