Is there a meet on this Sunday? If so, may I have a reminder of the opening time?

Yes. Sunday 12th Jan 8.30-11.30. Might take the mini if it’s dry.

It was a really nice meeting this morning and a pleasant but small turnout. That mean lots of time for ogling everything, having casual conversations and not a long time spent queuing for coffee and a Black Swan Breakfast Bap — which was excellent btw and even more of a mouthful than the name!

We went this morning. Not many cars there so didn't stay long, but saw an NSX leaving and there was a nice yellow Diablo there.

The advantage of this time of year is : no queue for the breakfast bap!

I really like the NSX -- so original and clean with the curious tiny wheels, 15" front and 16" rear; I'd love to drive one.

ETA -- I've just checked your garage and you own an NSX smile Thanks for the comedy beep when you went to close your windows hehe

The joys of being middle aged and trying not to rest your stomach on the horn when you enter your supercar!

Some amazing cars again today- the highlight for me was my lottery win car, an ISO Grifo, closely followed by the gorgeous green AM Vantage, the E24 Alpina and the 6.3 Mercedes…

Thanks for posting the photos. Looks like a good turnout and great weather for it.

You know what's rare, though? The mk1 SLK half in shot. Not because SLKs are rare but you never see them at car shows. hehe

My son spent some time looking at that SLK because he’d not seen one that old before - It was a 230 on a R plate. In really quite good condition when usually you’d have expected it to have rusted away by now. The interior was mint, other than some scratches on the centre console.

Haha, I was gonna say I can't remember seeing one that old for a while - as you say, a lot have got very rusty, sadly.
