A great eclectic meet again - thank you to the Marshalls as always. My three pics to take home were the orange Carver One, the red Jenson Interceptor and the green and gold Lotus Emira - no pics as I left my phone at home.

The guy who owns the Bentley Blower is a real character, he was friends with Bruce Mclaren and was a test driver for Fords GT40s in the late 60s, has driven them at Le Mans numerous times (testing, not racing I think?). Many many stories, he could talk forever!

He was saying that Bruce Mclaren had a genuine GT40 in the garage when he died and his family wanted to sell it quickly, so they just sold it to a car dealer in Weybridge for very little money. It then disappeared, presumably into a collection in the US.

Excellent stuff, thanks for that. I did see your NSX with the bonnet up -- or at least whatever you call the binged panel for the engine at the rear!
