Thanks for organising Dizeee, great effort!
BTW...who's griffith came in at around 7:45/8:00? (had "race....what race?" sticker on the front)
DAMN it was loud!
I esp loved heading off - initially thought the peeps that took off before me were nuts blasting while the plod were still around BUT then i exited and saw the speed limit sign, smiled, and let rip (hope someone got me on vid as i left)

LOUD... What about the "race...what race?" Ferrari leaving the car park. The sound made my nuts start to swell with excitement.
The sound it made on the main road was Philharmonic orchestral quality.
Nice one for the lad taking tickets on exiting the car park.

Nice to see everyone today, really good variety of cars.
even the cops were relaxed and chatty.
a slightly chilly start turned into a stunning day.
It was fun guessing which cars were leaving by the sound they made accelerating up the road.
some were a little too loud for comfort for this poor old man with no windscreen to shield him from the exhaust note......
you know who you are
James, good work in organising the meet, and working with the guys at the VW car park.
did they say they'd be happy to have us back?

The words from the man himself was "This is really good (blah blah blah) but once a year is enough, twice if your pushing it..."
I had suggested an Autumn meet but know now maybe ain't such a good time...
Bottom line is that VW were awesome, and can be contacted with ease regarding meets, but I do get the impression that today provided them with a sigh of relief...
I do hope that lovely blue Noble found its way home safely. We both got lost together on the way - satnavs, eh? Just when I saw some space around his car for a great shot - he legged it! Oh well, next time.

Cheers mate (I think). Theres currently a problem with the fez's exhaust valve so its not as loud as it normally is. I'll make sure its on full noise for the next meet.LOUD... What about the "race...what race?" Ferrari leaving the car park. The sound made my nuts start to swell with excitement.

A great morning out and some cracking cars and people. Thanks to the ultima and caterham chaps for answering my questions.
